A short journey through my career:
I have over two decades of leadership and operations experience in every aspect of CPG food. My understanding of the entire supply chain, from field to fork, is unparalleled. My professional journey includes four transformative years in Spain and the UK with ConAgra Foods. M&A with Acorn Financial and Goldsmith CEO Advisors. Launching and managing Engine 2 for Whole Foods Market. COO for The Real Coconut Products Co. And VP of Enterprise Accounts for Pod Foods.
Where I’m at now:
I’m currently Senior Managing Director at Nacascolo USA, the American platform for a Costa Rican family office with 25 portfolio companies comprising over 30 CPG brands, primarily in the health and wellness sector. And I’m also thrilled to bring my extensive CPG experience to the Anomalie team.
What gets me revved up:
I love spending time with my wife and two kids, exploring new places and cultures, and enjoying outdoor adventures like fishing, boating, and downhill skiing. I’m also passionate about coaching and playing hockey and cheering on my Minnesota sports teams.
Favorite road trip:
During Spring Break, my senior year in college, two friends and I headed out to the East Coast...Boston, New York, D.C. And found ourselves on a white knuckle drive home through a blizzard.
Preferred traveling music:
Singer songwriters... including Amos Lee, Ben Harper, and Bob Dylan.
What makes me an Anomalist:
Rather than following a conventional career path, I’ve embraced a range of entrepreneurial roles that have resulted in a versatile skill set. This journey has taught me how to achieve more with less and cultivated a resourceful, problem-solving mindset.
